Name: Ketsueki (blood)

Weapon Type: A heavy two-handed sword.

Size/Weight: The handle is about a foot and a half long and the blade is about four and a half feet long. A total of 6 feet in length. The blade is a foot wide. The sword weighs about 300 lbs.

Appearance: (picture) Ketsueki is a very jagged blade along the sides. It has symmetrical spikes that are very sharp. The blade was made for ripping and tearing flesh and breaking through bone effortlessly, rather than cutting, though the blade is usually kept razor sharp at all times.

Weapon Position: The weapon is hooked on a strap that is attached to the wielder's back, diagonally. The handle faces diagonally toward teh ground and the blade diagonally up toward the sky. (The opposite position most people carry a sword in their back) In order to draw the weapon, a certain release jutsu is necessary, otherwise it will not budge.

Description: The sword is made of iron, and was handed down from father to son for many generations. It is a ritual when the first born son turns 16 for them to receive the sword. The sword is used to kill people. (simple enough)
