Effect: The user of this Jutsu creates a large area of mist around all the selected targets. The mist is extremely thick and had completely no vision allowed inside. While inside of this mist you not only suffer from sight loss but also a greater harm. Embeded into the mist itself is a thick layer of acid. It is mixed with the mist in its entirety. While in this mist the acid starts to slowly eat away at anything it touches. Waepons, clothes, and even other jutsu.

Description: This Jutsu is basically a large amount of mist covering one single area. It is usually best for the caster to be well away from the mist itself.

Damage: This inflicts a considerable amount of damage, but over a peiord of time. If your in there for a few minutes your clothes will be thinned out, your weapons dull. After hours in the mist you would be nothing more than a gross mess on the ground.

I think it's overpowered. Get rid of it.

Name: Ice Obstruction

Chakra Cost: Alot.

Effect: This jutsu can only be used if the user posses the Hyoton Ice Release Kekkei Genkai. To use this jutsu a ton of charka is poured into the air infront on said user. Then, using the Kekkei Genkai Kai creates a think barrier made out of ice. This barrier can be formed into any look or shape. The chakra then is poured into the ice making it very strong. This barrier is so strong that it can block almost and phyiscal blow possible. Because of the Kekkei Genkei the ice is extremely fire retardent. Which means it will take an extreme amont of heat to melt this.
