Jutsu: Artificial Thin Mist Skill [Jinkouteki Ruikiri no Jutsu]
The user uses this jutsu around water to create a very thin mist. This mist is too thin to be used as any sort of cover but it can be used as a source for mist based jutsu.
Requirements: Stats 50 or above
Cost: 50 Chakra

Morning Dew [Asastsuyu]
The user creates mist again but instead of placing it in the air they place it on the ground. This makes the ground very slick and slippery for the opponent. Now while this is useless on dirt, sand, or dry ground it is very effective on grass and rocks. It can effect the user aswell, but the user does have the advantage of suprise.
Requirements: Stats 50 or above

Gathering Water Supply Skill [Saishuu Kyuusui no Jutsu]
Naturally a ninja that utilizes jutsu that involve the use of water need water, naturally. As a way to combat lack of resources, this technique was developed in order to gather what is neccesary. A practictioner of this jutsu uses chakra to gather percipitation from the air, from condensation on objects, from plants into an area nearby. As the user’s skill progresses, the area from where the user collects the water and how much they can gather increases.

Underwater Breathing Technique [Suichuu Ikidzukai no Jutsu]
A basic jutsu whereby one uses chackra to force a large amount of air into the lungs. After which, the user then holds his or her breath and uses chackra to artificially recycle the air in their lungs to make the most of it. The end regovita is that the user is able to hold his or her breath for up to five minutes longer.

Mist Blade [Kiri no Yaiba]
Using this technique the user can create an extended sharpened edge made of mist from their hands or an already existing weapon.
Effect: 400 Damage

Mist Clone Skill [Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu]
A technique that creates false clones of the user. The clones are used as a diversion while the user attacks. The clones are incapable of attacking, but any attacks made on them pass right through.

Water Armor [Mizu no Yoroi]
A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. It gives him/her a small protection by dampening the effects from (genin-level) fire techniques by cutting the damage done by them in half and does stand up against taijutsu. While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of the user’s chakra until its HP runs out.

Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique
Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that uses Kage Bunshin to create multiple physical clone copies from one thrown shuriken. +400 damage
Requirements: Stats above 1000
Cost: 300 chakra to make, 50 for each.

Kai - Release
Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique
Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu it wishes.
Requirements: Stats above 4000
Cost: 1000 chacra cost for 10 clones, 100 chakra for each after. Must Divide you stats between the clones.

Konbi Henge no Jutsu - Combination Transformation Technique
Konbi Henge is a Ninjutsu technique that allows two ninja to transform themselves temporarily into another person or thing. While in the form, they can use the physical characteristics of the one they are impersonating.
Cost: 250 chacra lasts for 5 posts, 50 chakra per post after that

Konoha Shunshin No Jutsu (Leaf Instantaneous Body Technique)
Description: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a veil of leaves. The user has to have been to the area before, and be able to sense the location with his own chakra before being able to transport himself there. This means that the distance is limited to about one mile.

History: Clous Sinota was born in the Water country, in the village hidden in the Mist. His parents were both Ninjas however his mother retired early to become a wife of sorts however still retains her skill. Clous’ father continued on as a ninja, advancing through the ranks and becoming one of the best in the village. While out on an assassination Clous’ father Kuze was ambushed. The details of his mission had been leaked and he was killed before he could make contact with his target.

Clous and his mother Helena were both hit hard. Helena worked hard to protect Clous from meeting the same fate. But by this time Clous had already started at the academy. Later on the family was framed for an attempted assassination of one of the Mizukage's attendants. The only thing that realy seemed to put the icing on the cake was the fact tha Clous was out late (actually training) And Helena wasn’t’ home either. Though noone realy knows what she was up to, even though she wasn’t even present within the village at the time. This still made them both suspect.

In order to escape what seemed like a hopeless situation. Helena packed only the needed objects. She wanted to travel light and move quickly. She took Clous and the both fled the village. Well doing so caused the others to view running as a confession of their guilt. A group of six ninja were sent after Helena, (because of her training) and Clous.

The six ninja eventually caught up with Clous and Helena, Helena ordered her tearful sun to continue down the road and not to look back. Which he did after he received the last embrace he would ever receive from his mother. Clous continued to run. His mother’s katana in hand. He crossed the border to the land of fire, it was only then that he looked back. He saw his mother coming from behind. She was mortally wounded but she needed to make sure he was safe.

ON her way across the border. Helena purposefully set off an early warning devise set by the village hidden in the leaves. This would force a team from the village to investigate. Helena shortly after died from her wounds. With four of the six ninja still alive and in pursuit. Clous didn’t have much time to mourn, and hiding wasn’t an option. Clous continued to run, a thick mist forming behind him.

As Clous finally made it deeper into Fire territory He was confronted by Leaf ninja. He explained his misfortune and told the ninja all what had happened. Which eventually led to the Mist ninja in pursuit to fall into a trap and be executed. Clous was given an asylum. At the time Clous had just turned ten. He spent his days training and denouncing his former nation. His determination to protect his new home, and to destroy anything that threatens it. Has driven him to such a point. He is currently a member of the elite Anbu Black ops.


RP-Sample: Clous waited In the trees, a thick mist covering the forest as he waited for his target to emerge. A convoy was soon to move through here. It carried a message of war. Clous was sent to make sure that message never got through. As the convoy moved through the forest Clous got ready. He pulled four shuriken from his pack on his right side. He rose them up close to himself before throwing them loose. Several ninja that were guarding went down. Clous then gripped his sword in his right hand and fell upon the messenger, and the remaining ninja killing everyone.

Clous found the message and smiled. He extended his left arm to the sky. Seconds later a hawk flew down and landed on Clous’ arm. Clous tied the message to the Hawk and sent him back to the village hidden in the leaves. “That should hold the war of just a bit longer.”
