Saru Monogatari's Custom Jutsu Section

Name: Death's Hymn or "Merodii no Suru"

Chakra Cost: Depending on the user's level as a ninja, the amount it costs varies...
Effect: First of all, it is to severely damage the opponent(s) bone(s). It makes the opponent completely immobile, and extremely injured, in a short rate of time, its used a last resort in most cases, as long as the user had practiced it for a very long time, the user's bones, will be ineffected by the speed the ninja needs, certain jutsu back up the speed necessary for using this technique. But it is one of the hardest Jutsu to master, and may not be at its full potential depending on the user of it. This technique is instant, so it could also be used on the vitals, and not just the bone structure.
Description: Well, the Jutsu has only been used by the recent Otokage, and he is most likely the only person you will see use this S rank technique. First, the user takes a small amount of time, to gain there chakra, they usually do this before initiating an attack, or confronting an opponent. Using Shizugan, really helps using this technique, so you know the opponents coordinates alot better, when you instantly proceed to attack them. The user then speedily, spots the opponent, and starts striking at the victim, usually the first hit, is somewhere extremely vital, or important for your bone structure, as to completely and instantly weaken, kill, or paralyze the opponent, if this fails, the user continues to strike at more bones, and more vitals, and the user gets faster and faster, until their opponent has fallen, or becomes completely immobile, due to the severe damage. Naturally, it is supposed to only be used once or twice, well that is the average limit of a persons life with this technique, but if the user hasn't used the technique alot, or is not used to it, the process may be slower, but still extremely fast physically, perfect for the ninja with the right speed, and perserverance. They say the user is as fast as lightning, and as soft as the wind, from witnesses at least, which are barely any at all.
Damage: At a minimium usage, most likely breaking, or severely damaging 1 or 3 bones, at a maximum, most likely death, or a complete amount of serious injuries, and loss of mobility.

Name: Wind Flow or "Fukitobashimasu"
Type: Genjutsu (A Decoy Illusion)

Chakra Cost: It costs some chakra, not ALOT, but certainly an average number of chakra, also some concentration...
Effect: This Jutsu, is used only by sound ninja, it was created by the 2nd Otokage, Saru. It is used to quickly escape situations, and it is an instant genjutsu, which makes it hard to use. For instance, if you murdered someone secretly, and you don't have enough time to get away from the guards, the radius of the effect of the jutsu, is very wide, which puts all the guards in a genjutsu, seeing the user "magically" dissapear, which he/she does instantly.
Description: The user stands in any position, most likely starting to get surrounded by enemy ninja, the user slowly, and mysteriously begins to magically dissapear, if you hit this fading figure of the user, the attacks go right through, and before the genjutsu is let off, the figure completely fades in mid-air, like magic, and manages to get extremely far away from the enemy. The user basically activates a random hand sign, while focusing his/her chakra to the surrounding area, secretly, and quickly, putting the enemy inside a genjutsu, which allows the user to have enough time, to get far away from the area, he/she was trapped within, or in reach of...
Damage: This is not so much an offensive genjutsu, it is mainly used for decoy, or escaping really bad situations. Although if the user had some sort of duplication, when using the Genjutsu, it could attack the victims of the genjutsu, but not to, to much of an extent, maybe just minor injuries, giving more then enough time for the user to escape the area.

Name: Wind/Lightning Mix or "Machigai"
Type: Ninjutsu

Chakra Cost: Alot, most likely 1/3 to 1/2, of the users chakra, depending on how strong his/her willpower is, and depending on the users experience with the attack, also, how much chakra the user possesses in general.
Effect: Machigai is used to completely annihilate a large amount of enemies, using the users elemental chakra. The user primarily needs to be a Wind-Lightning user, to use this techniques full potential, but if the user is only wind and something else, or only lightning and something else, the highest the technique can get up to, is half of its potential, but if you train extremely hard for many years, it may be possible, slightly, for the user to master this technique completely.
Description: The user focuses his/her wind and/or lightning chakra, with their natural chakra, and it forms of shape, a unique shape. At full potential the wind, is formed, into a spiraling whirlpool, then, by using lightning, it changes form, and takes on a sharper, more accurate form, then the user uses how ever much chakra necessary, the user normally chooses, depending on how strong the attack is going to be, which you usually decide. This makes it larger, stronger and faster, as well as alot more accurate. Now the user, uses it to take out multiple opponents instead of one, single opponent. The user may choose to throw it on the ground, in the middle of everyone, causing a giant explosion to take form, where the wind bursts out, sending the opponents tons of pressure, then the wind that bursted out, becomes sharp, longer, and more accurate, making the attack a very quick annihilation against multiple opponents. Also, the user may want to throw it in different angles, and/or positions, as to, not waste it completely, or use to much of it up. The users main goal is to take out all of the opponents, the user is facing, with sheer might, and speed, and accuracy, because if the user fails to annihilate, or at least NEARLY destroy his opponents, then the chakra used for the attack, would be loss, and the user could grow weak, depending on how much chakra he/she used. The creator of this technique, the 2nd Otokage, still hasn't mastered it, but it is quite powerful, even as it is for him, now. It takes years of mastery for natural, spiritual, and elemental chakra usage.
Damage: Alot of damage naturally, but the technique has its flaws, it is used to destroy all the opponents, multiple opponents, in a furious battle, or in a war, so if it fails the first time, there may not be a second chance, until a while. But the damage is ALOT, if it is not mastered, it could even be extremely dangerous to its user.

For Wind flow, only taking up a little chakra is a little overpowered. So hyou could and up using it a ton of times without getting tired, which means godmodding. And as for Wind/Lighting Mix nothing is wrong with that except it should really be A ranked.
