Name: Pitchi

Weapon: The weapon is a chakra transmitter which allows the weapon to change into three different formations, three different ones, particularly a small weapon, which can be changed in cases of edge, and sharpness, also, a medium sized weapon, which can change its edge and sharpness, and also a large weapon which can change its edge, and sharpness and shapes, primarily, the weapon is cloaked, and is as small as a dagger, or kunai. Other times, the weapon could be as large as a pole/staff, or a blade. The weapon using chakra, changes its form, by, allowing a blunt weapon, to shape into a sharper weapon, this also may require some amount of chakra, to an extent.

Size: Unknown, since the user may change its shape and/or form. In many cases, the weapon that forms from Pitchi, is gold and red, its weight also varies, since the user, inserting chakra into it, may be capable of making it large, or small, thin, or thick, sharp, or flat...particularly, a small & medium & large weapon.

Weapon Position: Well, in most cases, it is cloaked within the Otokage's robe, or clothing, but other times, like during disguises and stuff, the user is capable of making it larger, and may carry it elsewhere.

Description: Well, Saru and the senior council of Otogakure, had been researching about chakra transmitter weaponry. So the 2nd Otokage (Saru) decided he would experiment and create his own form of weaponry. Saru, researched, and researched, and finally constructed, and learned how to simply alter "Pitchi" and make it any shape or size he'd perfer, for certain situations, it was a remarkable success, and the weapon is naturally used, or at least carried by him, where ever he goes, since it is completely complex, and one of Otogakure's newest successes, currently Otogakure is working on a more basic arsenal of similar weapons, so that their nin could use them during war, or in times of doubt, or even as support or a last resort. The 2nd Otokage, normally uses both of his primary elemental chakra which is wind and lightning, to give the Pitchi more power, and more accuracy, in any shape or size, and this is what he normally does, when necessary, which is extremely helpful for him in battle. The weapon is made of steel, some iron, as well as some ebony, but mostly diamond, it is mixed, the purpose of these seperate material were to make all parts of the weapon stronger for its own case, and others even stronger. Although, a flaw may be some parts of the weapon are weaker then others, but in many cases, Saru checks before using his weapon, "Pitchi".
